| Anti-Aging
Medicine as promulgated by the American Academy
of Anti-Aging Medicine www.worldhealth.net
is practically defined as, healthy aging. Healthful
or healthy aging is accepting maturity without
the often expected decrease in abilities or functionality.
One can be in an optimal level of health at any
age and be able to mitigate any genetic predisposition,
or family constitutional inheritance that may
unfortunately cause problems later on in life.
Natural Medicine and lifestyle counseling can
prevent dysfunction and disease and more people
are realizing this. With this Genomic and Proteomic
medicine will give us a glimpse in how our inherited
genes will be play out in our life with the contributions
of our environment. Many patients come to look
for options after seeing their parents struggle
with declining functionality in their aging. The
statement then occurs to us that everything happens
for a reason and it does not have to be a terrible
result. We can alter the course of our retirement
years by assessing and evaluating ourselves and
the blueprint that makes us who we are and who
we will be. Instead of being slaves to our declining
hormones, we can negotiate a softer, more enjoyable
aging. Dr. Robert Fortier-Bensen, MD is one of
the few MDs in the greater Gulf Coast/ Southeast
area who have studied this discipline enough to
be able to become board certified in Anti-Aging
medicine.
This Healthy Aging program will consist
of:
• Physician Consultation, including ongoing history
and physical exam, and includes listening to you
as long as you need to communicate your goals,
and plans!
• Laboratory Assessment which will include screening
tests, genomic gene testing, and retest phases
as decided between you and the staff.
• Nutritional and Diet Evaluation, which will
include continual lifestyle evaluation and support.
Functional improvements seen in Healthy Aging
patients have been noted as follows:
• Increase in Energy and Lifestyle abilities
• Prevention and Reversal of dysfunction and disease
• Loss of fat, and improvement in lean muscle
mass
• Elimination of Musculo-Skeletal problems
• Food intolerance improvement and allergy elimination
• Reversal of aging symptoms
What would you be willing to pay to have
your health back?
A person has to sometimes lose something before
they recognize its true price.
Optimal Health and even Healthy Aging is priceless.

| We
all know death is inevitable and unpredictable,
what we would all then be willing to accept
is the rectanglization of our lifespan. It
would be acceptable for most people to be
96 years old or older, dancing late on Saturday
night and go to sleep to sleep and never wake
up on Sunday. We all would then avoid the
long stay in the nursing home, with some severe
debilitating affliction. Everything we do
at CFM will be targeted to give you that chance...
the rest is up to you, and God. |
